  Add OK or FAIL, along with the version, after other browsers where you
have tested this issue:
     Safari: OK
    Firefox: OK
         IE: OK

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)on developer console
(2)when change color opacity on hex mode
(3)the hex code broke and opacity not working

What is the expected result?
code should be change into rgba mode depend on opacity level.

What happens instead?
hex code convert in 8 digits
