Issue descriptionApplication Version (from "Chrome Settings > About Chrome"): 53.0.2785.76 Android Build Number (from "Android Settings > About Phone/Tablet"): MMB29M Device: Samsung galaxy S7 Steps to reproduce: 1. Go to m.youtube.com 2. Play a video 3. Tap the fullscreen icon 4. Tap the Cast icon 5. Tap on an available Chromecast device 6. Lock the phone and pull down system notification drawer. Observed behavior: Stop cast icon not displayed. Expected behavior: Display cast icon next to pause/play button. Frequency: 100% Additional comments: This is an enhancement requets. Bug is also repro on chrome stable '52.0.2743.98'

Zhiqiang, could you look into this? Could we always show the stop button in the small notification view for all Cast(Presentation API and VideoFling) notifications?

I think that was because in creating the notification, we compute MediaStyle first and then add stop buttons, that's why STOP is not added to the compact view. It is already fixed in a recent CL landed in M57 (https://codereview.chromium.org/2498683002/). Since the change is too big and hard to separate part of it to fix the issue, I prefer not to merge it into M56.
