Issue descriptionfeatures: what does it do? The pointer changes to the insertion bar as though you can select text in the "About Chrome OS" panel, but you can't select any text. why do we need it? You (and we) need it so that we can reliably reproduce version strings and other information from this page in order to better help developers :-) bugs: repro steps (I did X and expected Y but Z happened!) I went to chrome://md-settings, clicked the three-bar menu icon at top left, selected "About Chrome OS" at the bottom of the menu. When the page appeared I expected to be able to copy my Chrome version string. But I could not do so. version (typed, not copied, so pardon typos!): 53.0.2785.70 (beta) quawks. No screenshot attached, since I can't show the fact that I can't select text :-) Thank you!

I can repro here. Funny that a lot of other stuff on that page can be selected, just not the version info.
