Popup blocking on tube8.com broken

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_11_6) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/52.0.2743.116 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Go to tube8.com
2. click on video with left mouse button
3. observe popup

What is the expected behavior?
popup blocked

What went wrong?
popup opened in new window

Did this work before? N/A 

Chrome version: 52.0.2743.116  Channel: stable
OS Version: OS X 10.11.6
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 22.0 r0

Components: -UI UI>Browser>PopupBlocker
When you go to chrome:settings > Privacy > Content Settings > Popups, what is that set to? Check also that the site isn't in chrome:settings > Privacy > Content Settings > Popups > Manage exceptions. If you already have all popups blocked and the site isn't in your exceptions, check if you are experiencing this issue with a SFW site and post the link to that here.

the popup blocker allows popups on mouse click (one popup per click), so this works as intended
