Chrome on Linux won't load certain pages after ~1 days usage

Reported by dan...@nystrom.st, Aug 22 2016

Issue description

Chrome Version : 52.0.2743.116
OS Version: Ubuntu from at least 14.04 up to 15.04
URLs (if applicable) : http://youtube.com
Other browsers tested:
Add OK or FAIL after other browsers where you have tested this issue:
     Safari 5:
  Firefox 4.x:
     IE 7/8/9:

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Start Chrome
2. Use it for ~1 day
3. Now out of a sudden, certain pages won't load. Like YouTube.

What is the expected result?

YouTube.com main page should open.

What happens instead of that?

The title is set "YouTube" and then the tab is white and it keeps loading forever. Once in a while there is nag-screen saying "Page Unresponsive" .. "YouTube".

Opening an Inkognito Window it works perfectly loading YouTube.com. Something breaks after approx. one day usage and I have no idea how to debug it. It doesn't help resetting the profile or disable extensions.
