[Andorid WebView Only] Video rotation metadata is not taken as opposed to chrome browser.

Issue description

Example URL:

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Record a video with a mobile device in portrait mode (90 degrees) or simply put the rotation meta as 90 degrees to nomarl video.
2. Play it back on the Android WebView.

What is the expected behavior?
The Video should play with the correct orientation.

What went wrong?
The video is shown upside down.

Did this work before? N/A 

Is it a problem with Flash or HTML5? N/A

Does this work in other browsers? N/A 

Chrome version: 52.0.2743.98  Channel: stable
OS Version: 6.0.1
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 22.0 r0

I can't reproduce this issue on Mobile / Desktop chrome browser.
The issue can be tested with this video which contains 90 degree rotation metadata.

I am attaching screenshots to see how WebView playing it back differently compare to chrome
Is this fixed in WebView beta M53?
Yes. The latest WebView beta version (53.0.2785.70) seems to have solved this issue. Thanks.

Thanks. Closing this issue since the issue is not reproducible on M53 as per the reporter.
