AppLaunchError on trunk-autoroller

Project Member Reported by jif@chromium.org, Aug 22 2016

Issue description

An "AppLaunchError" error occurs regularly on the Autoroller.

See for example:
https://uberchromegw.corp.google.com/i/internal.bling.main/builders/trunk-autoroller/builds/4179

Labels: -Pri-3 Pri-0
Sana, this makes our KIF tests conversion more challenging and we can not pull in upstream helpers.

All the iPhone 5s/iOS 10.0 tests pass just fine, but iPad Retina/iOS 10.0 are borked.
Confirmed this is because autoroller isn't building a fat binary.

 python isolateserver.py download -I https://touch-isolate.appspot.com --namespace default-gzip -s 3aa751b8b0944baf428455cf7dec1c6d5d1f8e28 --target foo

 $ file base_unittests.app/base_unittests
base_unittests.app/base_unittests: Mach-O universal binary with 1 architecture
base_unittests.app/base_unittests (for architecture x86_64):	Mach-O 64-bit executable x86_64
