Even though the browser is restarted after every single SH story (https://cs.chromium.org/chromium/src/tools/perf/benchmarks/system_health.py?l=45), the bisect still runs the whole benchmark even though it's only bisecting a single story. This makes bisecting unnecessarily slow and wastes resources.
