Reported by dawi...@gmail.com, Aug 22 2016

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/52.0.2743.116 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Go to a website
2. Follow a link or go to any other website
3. Press "Right Alt + Left arrow"

What is the expected behavior?
Go back

What went wrong?
Nothing is happening

Did this work before? N/A

Chrome version: 52.0.2743.116 Channel: stable
OS Version: 6.1 (Windows 7, Windows Server 2008 R2)
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 22.0 r0

You know that 'Alt Left' and 'Alt right' are two different keys on keyboard and two different bits in modifiers byte of keyboard HID report? If I see popup '[Alt] + [<-] than I am assuming it will work with both of them. Right Alt is so closer to arrows... Both keys can be pressed with one hand, it is not super handy, but well... I prefer Backspace, but someone decided to take it away from be.
