Non-Regression : Blue Highlight Bubble is seen Misplaced for 'Find' Text Box |

Issue descriptionVersion: 54.0.2835.0 OS: Chrome Platform : 8729.0.0 (Official Build) dev-channel Wolf,Gnawty,Spring What steps will reproduce the problem? 1.Sign into User -> Go to chrome://Settings page -> Now Enable 'Highlight the text caret when it appears or moves' option at Accessibility 2.Now Press 'Ctrl+F' for 'Find' TextBox and observe Blue Highlight Bubble Expected: Blue Highlight Bubble should not be seen Misplaced Actual: Instead Blue Highlight Bubble is seen Misplaced for 'Find' TextBox Note: After clicking inside the Text box Highlight is not seen misplaced This is Non-Regression Issue as this feature is introduced from M-53
