SubMenu options are not displaying in chrome(51) where as it showing in older versions

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/52.0.2743.116 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. goto any action menu that contains sub menu options
2. click/hover on submenu field.
3. it should display submenu options on clicking submenu fields

What is the expected behavior?

What went wrong?
It may be because of latest version of chrome 

Did this work before? Yes older version of chrome

Chrome version: 52.0.2743.116  Channel: stable
OS Version: 6.1 (Windows 7, Windows Server 2008 R2)
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 22.0 r0

@kranthiazadian -- Could you please let us know what submenus are not being displayed. Please add a screen cast of the issue which would help us triaging further.
