Changing the alpha value in color picker is generating wrong hex color value

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; WOW64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/52.0.2743.116 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. open the dev tool
2. open the color picker
3. change the alpha value

What is the expected behavior?
Getting the proper color hex value

What went wrong?
The picker append the alpha value change to the color you are changing

Did this work before? Yes last version

Chrome version: 52.0.2743.116  Channel: stable
OS Version: 10.0
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 22.0 r0

Able to reproduce the issue on win10 chrome version 52.0.2743.116 but this working fine in dev 54.0.2837.0 and canary 54.0.2838.0	

Please find the screenshots on canary

Seems the issue got resolved in later builds.Could you please recheck on latest builds and update the thread.

For reference, the fix for this (HEX + slide alpha >> RGBA) should be arriving in M53.
