Regression : Drop down list is not seen properly in chrome://md-settings page

Chrome Version : 54.0.2835.0 de9740cbb4ce908749b841ade75e2d02385f6a53-refs/heads/master@{#413350} (64-bit)
OS : Mac OS X(10.11.4,10.11.5,10.10.5)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1) Launch chrome and navigate to chrome://md-settings/searchEngines
2) Now click on 'More actions' icon and observe the drop down list

Actual : Border of drop down list is not seen
Expected : Drop down list should be seen properly

This is a regression issue broken in 'M-54' and will soon update other info
