Issue description
Chrome Version 52.0.2743.98 : <Copy from: 'about:version'>

Other browsers tested:
Add OK or FAIL, along with the version, after other browsers where you
have tested this issue:
Safari:Fail
Firefox:Fail
IE:Fail
What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)try to go through account recovery questions on account recovery page
(2)
(3)
What is the expected result? For it to go to password change page.
What happens instead?
I get the error shownot below
