Incorrect people icon in new Settings

OS Version: 8714.0.0


What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Go to new settings menu.
2. Go to People section and look at account picture / icon.

What is the expected result?
Full picture.

What happens instead of that?
You get the same sized icon, but very 'zoomed-in'.

By right-clicking the icon, and hitting Inspect, you can set it to show right by adding "background-size: cover;" in the CSS for the icon.

Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.
