Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Install OneNote and start badge
2. make new note
3. click the tick to finish

What is the expected behavior?
The chat head should appear somewhere sensible, and should close properly

What went wrong?
The badge floats annoyingly by default over the end of the URL bar, so you can't click on the first extension. You can move the icon, but if you try and put it to the right of your screen it snaps back to about two-thirds of the way in from the left.

You can park it on the left of your screen, which is fine, but if you put it top left it effectively dies and cannot be clicked or moved. The only solution to this is to uninstall and re-install the app.

Having taken a note with badge, after you click done it opens a black/blank window which doesn't go away. You have to close it manually.
