Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Click on the app
2. It does not load. 
3. 

What is the expected behavior?
To load

What went wrong?
The app does not load.  I need shut down at least twice to have the Android app to load.   Similar with other apps.

Did this work before? N/A 

Chrome version: 53.0.2785.70  Channel: beta
OS Version: 8530.62.0
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 22.0 r0
