Embedded javascript in the browser header

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/52.0.2743.116 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Open settings
2. Ckick on History
3. 2 entries look like malware embedded in browser.

What is the expected behavior?
pages popup and lock use of browser during normal use.

What went wrong?
CERTIFIED WINNER CLAIM FORM
Microsoft Official Support System

These are embedded in the browser and lockup browser use.

Did this work before? N/A 

Chrome version: 52.0.2743.116  Channel: stable
OS Version: 6.1 (Windows 7, Windows Server 2008 R2)
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 22.0 r0

Have to end task and restart browser.
