Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.3; WOW64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/52.0.2743.116 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Click "Make Chrome the default browser" button in Settings page. 2. Wait for few seconds and select "Chrome". 3. The registry items "HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Classes\http\shell\open\command" and "HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Classes\https\shell\open\command" are not created(or not changed). What is the expected behavior? What went wrong? Because LaunchDefaultAppsSettingsModernDialog@shell_util.cc is not blocking executed on Windows 10, causing RegisterChromeAsDefaultXPStyle(and RegisterChromeAsDefaultProtocolClientXPStyle) not being called. (May be a bug of Windows 10?) Did this work before? N/A Chrome version: 52.0.2743.116 Channel: stable OS Version: 10.0 Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 22.0 r0
