Back button skips gallery and jumps from lightbox directly to place sheet

Issue description

App Version: 52.0.2743.84 
iOS Version: 13G35 (9.3.4)
Device: iPhone 6

Steps to reproduce: 

1. Open Chrome and search for "Mexican food near me"
2. Go to the 3-pack local listings, tap on any business 
3. On this business Place Sheet, scroll to "From the Menu", tap on a photo to open up Gallery
4. Zoom into any photo which opens up the lightbox
5. Tap on back arrow

Observed behavior: 

Takes me back to Place Sheet

Expected behavior: 

Takes me back to the gallery view

Frequency: 
Every time

Additional comments: 

Since this doesn't happen on Android Chrome, Android Maps, or Safari, I think it might have something to do with Chrome.

It seems that the "lightbox" view for an image is displayed in an iframe; the back arrow is calling WKWebView's non-overridden window.history.go(), causing a mismatch between expected behavior.  This is blocked on iframe injection, which is not slated until next year.  go/bling-iframe-injection
