DevTools [featreq]: simulate movement in geolocation drawer, uploading GPX file?

Allow developers to simulate movement more easily in the geolocation drawer.  Today, you would have to manually change the values in the input fields.  Perhaps we could support uploading a GPX file, or creating a draggable map.

The most user-friendly format would be a data file. But even just exposing the ability to update the browser's coordinates might be good enough, because then users could script it using a snippet, as I mention in http://stackoverflow.com/a/43351956/1669860
