On exit of Android apps, ChromeOS reboots

Platform: 8714.1.0 (Official Build) dev-channel veyron_minnie

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Open an Android app
2. Exit and close the app
3. ChromeOS reboots

What is the expected behavior?
That the Android app closes and no reboots happens.

What went wrong?
Chromebook reboots.

Did this work before? Yes Last build

Chrome version: 54.0.2830.0  Channel: dev
OS Version: 8714.1.0
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 23.0 r0

I think the latest dev channel update was supposed to fix this.
