Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_11_6) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/54.0.2832.2 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Open page 2. 2 finger scroll past the top of the page (page bounces a couple of times) 3. Mouse is now displaced from cursor What is the expected behavior? Mouse clicks happen where the cursor is. What went wrong? Mouse seems to be drifting from its cursor. Over scrolling the page is one way I can reliable cause this to happen. Clicks end up way off from the cursor. Closing the tab is the only way to fix, and Did this work before? Yes Prior to update Chrome version: 54.0.2832.2 Channel: canary OS Version: OS X 10.11.6 Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 23.0 r0

I caught this one too. Just wanted to add that it only refers to the click event, as if the mouse is displaced but you try to make the zoom gesture, it will zoom to the real mouse position.

Also happens to me on OSX. Any mouseover events are also displaced. Ending the tab's process in Chrome Task Manager then reloading the tab fixes it temporarily.

What I was able to temporarily work around this by closing the tab and opening it back up and then navigating to whatever page but it will happen again soon after...

This appears to be a duplicate of https://bugs.chromium.org/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=639046, which has a fix up for review.
