Reported by inian1...@gmail.com, Aug 19 2016

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_11_6) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/54.0.2832.2 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. I usually press CMD + , to open up settings / preferences page and go to chrome://extensions from there (lesser typing)

What is the expected behavior?

Just noticing that the old UI also has links to chrome://history and chrome://about
At least chrome://history has a keyboard shortcut to get to easily. chrome://extensions is not as simple to get to.

Marking this as Untriaged for the MD settings team. I really doubt this is Mac-specific, so tagging for OS=All too.

We are planning to add links to Extensions/History. For now, you can go directly to chrome://extensions or go through the Chrome menu: "More tools > Extensions"
