A link for Task Manager

Reported by 6po...@gmail.com, Aug 19 2016

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/52.0.2743.116 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. See below.
2.
3.

What is the expected behavior?

What went wrong?
It would be great if I could add to my custom New Tab page an icon that once clicked will open a Task Manager tab/window. Shift+Esc shortcut doesn't always work and, however, sometimes, I find it much easier to just click. I tried to simulate, using pure JavaScript, Shift+Esc but it didn't work.
The link could be something like chrome://taskman.
It's just that when I'm on New Tab page I'm in the click-only mode so that's why a link to Task Manager window would be more than welcome.

Did this work before? N/A

Chrome version: 52.0.2743.116 Channel: stable
OS Version: Ubuntu 16.04
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 22.0 r0
