Removing Milestone-Afterglow, as it has ceased to have meaning. More refined milestones may be added back in the near future.

I... have no idea how this would work. Gerrit would have to grow an idea of what a "nit" is, sort of like how it has grown an idea of what a "robot comment" is, I guess? Going to leave this open, but honestly it seems highly unlikely that something like this will happen.
