Issue descriptionSteps to reproduce the problem: 1. settings 2. accounts & privacy 3. Open web pages in app (toggle off) What is the expected behavior? Toggling this feature off should allow links to open without the "Custom Tab" What went wrong? Toggling off the setting doesn't actually TURN it off. All links continue to open in Chromes Custom Tabs. Did this work before? No Chrome version: 52.0.2743.116 Channel: stable OS Version: 6.0.1 Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 22.0 r0 My friend has the same phone, same build, same app, same version and his feature doesn't even work. I cannot disable mine and he cannot enable his. Im stumped why I cant turn it off, I prefered the way tabs and links opened prior to custom tabs. Any thoughts why I cant turn it off???

Hello! It might also depend on the app you are using. If the app sends Chrome a custom tab intent, Chrome will launch a tab on top of the app.
