The Value property returns emtpy on auto-filled password field

Reported by gqqnb2...@gmail.com, Aug 18 2016

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/51.0.2704.84 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Have a login form and have your user name and password remembered.
2. Open the form. The user name input is empty and you select a user name from the autocomplete list. Its password is filled into the password input.
3. Open developer tool to check the value of the element

What is the expected behavior?
The value should be the password

What went wrong?
The value is empty.

Did this work before? N/A

Chrome version: 51.0.2704.84 Channel: n/a
OS Version: 6.1 (Windows 7, Windows Server 2008 R2)
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 21.0 r0

It's not constently reproducible. If I type something in the input, then JavaScript returns correct value.
