Revision ranges are messed up in perf dashboard

Project Member Reported by hlundin@chromium.org, Aug 18 2016

Issue description

In the perf dashboard (WebRTC Perf Sheriff, https://chromeperf.appspot.com/alerts?sheriff=WebRTC%20Perf%20Sheriff&sortby=test&sortdirection=down&improvements=true), the revision ranges are acting funny.

In the overview of all untriaged alerts, the alerts are shown with certain revisions (see first screenshot). Then, after selecting a handful, and clicking on the graph button, the ranges change (see second screenshot).

That sounds odd webrtc-win-large-tests showing Chromium revisions shouldn't ever happen.
Can you repro this still? I'm unable to (Linux 54.0.2832.2 dev) so I'm wondering if it was a Chrome bug or maybe a Polymer issue?
I did some perf-triaging today, but didn't see the issue again. Maybe it is fixed.
