What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Launch chrome,navigate to the above URL and click on add to chrome.
(2)click on extension icon,enter a location in "change location" box and select location from suggestion(Kindly refer the video)
(3)Now click on Menu icon ,then Refresh button and observe.

Actual:Unnecessary scroll bar is seen on extension overlay after clicking Refresh option.

Expected:No such unnecessary scroll bar should be seen on extension overlay after clicking Refresh option.

This is a Non-Regression issue seen from M-33 series(33.0.1701.0)
