In chrome://bookmarks, on dragging bookmarked folder, page icon is seen instead of folder icon.

Issue descriptionVersion: 54.0.2832.0 (Official Build) 6c7eba987dc174e1522212efec1676619aa26a5a-refs/heads/master@{#412743} (64-bit) OS: Mac (10.10.5, 10.11.4) What steps will reproduce the problem? 1) Launch chrome, go to chrome://bookmarks, click on 'Folders' dropdown and add a New folder. 2) Now drag the added folder and observe. On dragging folder, page icon is seen instead of folder icon. On dragging folder, folder icon should be seen. This is a Non-Regression issue seen from M-30 series (Chrome version: 30.0.1549.0) Note: Issue is not seen on Windows and Linux OS.

msrchandra: I don't understand your comment. If you're able to reproduce the issue on Windows and Linux, did you intend to also mark those OSes as effected by this problem?

@erikchen -- Apologies for the typo error in Comment#1. Issue is specific to Mac, not seen on Windows ans Linux. Thank You.
