Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Add maps as additional metadata
2. click Test button.
3. App is stuck at splash screen
4. this is the error .plugin.js:891 PING TIMEOUT: The plugin has not responded to the previous ping request yet, assume it crashed.$jscomp.scope.Plugin.heartbeat_ @ plugin.js:891
plugin.js:978 heartbeat ping timeout

What is the expected behavior?

What went wrong?
There are 2 issue:
1st If I am adding maps in additional metadata.The app won't load.

2nd Some times when I open a particular tab it shows play service has stopped error and gives gms.gcm is used but the apk lacks necessary permission error.

This issue is happening when gcm is in the permission list.
