Inspector no longer has a resources option

Reported by spitonyo...@gmail.com, Aug 18 2016

Issue description

Chrome Version : 52.0.2743.116
OS Version: 6.1 (Windows 7, Windows Server 2008 R2)
URLs (if applicable) : Any
Other browsers tested:
Add OK or FAIL after other browsers where you have tested this issue:
     Safari 5:
  Firefox 4.x:
     IE 7/8/9:

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open inspect page (ctrl+shift+i default)
2. Previous versions had a 'Resources' tab at the top of the inspector
3. The newest version of Chrome does not have it.
4. Now if you go to Sources you can find an 'images' dropdown in most cases but
5. If you press up or down between them, it no longer shows a preview of the one you have CURRENTLY selected with up or down arrows, only the first one clicked.

What is the expected result?
If I press up or down from one image file to the next I should see the preview in the box in the inspector of that image.

What happens instead of that?
It only shows the first selected image.

Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.

Additional info: This is part of my work pipeline. I need this to function how it used to function last patch for quality of life. Thanks.

UserAgentString: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/52.0.2743.116 Safari/537.36

Thank you for the report. The 'Resources' panel has been changed into an 'Application' panel that should have all the functionality of resources. For your workflow, you can still see images in the 'Frames' section on the lower left pane in Application.

Sorry to hear that this hurt your workflow. We've received similar messages of confusion when the Resources panel was renamed. You can also check out the thread here, which has screenshots:
