Regression:Date of history and Names of history are missing on opening in new tab

OS: Ubuntu 14.04,Windows

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Launch chrome and go to chrome://history >> Right click on Chrome History and open link in new tab
(2) Now observe for Date of history and Names of links

Expected: Date of history and names should be seen on opening in new tab.
Actual: Instead history date and names are seen missing while opening in new tab.

This is a regression issue broken in M54. Will provide other info soon.

Able to reproduce the issue on Windows-10 using chrome latest Dev M54-54.0.2831.0.
There is no New Tab option available in Mac while right clicking to perform this action.

@calamity: Gentle Ping, request you to please take a look into it as M54 is going to be branched soon and issue is marked with a blocker label. Issue is still observed on Windows 7 and Ubuntu 14.04 for canary version 54.0.2835.0
