Extreme flickering visible on dynamic sites if DevTools are open

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_11_6) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/52.0.2743.116 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Open the site.
2. Open DevTools.
3. Hover the mouse over various things on the page, click on things etc.

What is the expected behavior?

What went wrong?
Extreme flickering is visible, the browser is barely usable.

Does it occur on multiple sites: Yes

Is it a problem with a plugin? No 

Did this work before? Yes It worked a few days ago (I'm not sure exactly when, though)

Does this work in other browsers? Yes 

Chrome version: 54.0.2831.0  Channel: canary
OS Version: OS X 10.11.6
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 22.0 r0

Everything works fine in Chrome stable.

Canary 54.0.2832.0 seems to be working fine so far.

Unable to repro this issue on MAC (10.11.6) for Google Chrome Version - 54.0.2831.0

@m.goleb: Since the issue on your side is resolved on Google Chrome Canary Version - 54.0.2832.0. Can we go ahead and close this issue.

It's still fine in 54.0.2836.0. I think this ticket can be closed.
