Pre-condition: Enabled Media router flag from chrome://flags.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Launch chrome, open NTP and right click on page, select 'Cast' option.
(2) Open one more NTP and right click on page, select 'Cast' option.
(3) Observe the highlight on extension icon near omnibox surface area.

Actual: Highlight on extension icon is misplaced after opening 'cast' in NTP.

Expected:  Highlight on extension icon should seen properly.
