color-profile Layout tests flaky on Win10 bot

The following tests are failing frequently on a WebKit Win10 bot:
virtual/gpu-rasterization/fast/images/color-profile-layer.html
virtual/gpu-rasterization/fast/images/color-profile-image-canvas-pattern.html
virtual/gpu-rasterization/fast/images/color-profile-svg-fill-text.html
virtual/gpu-rasterization/fast/images/color-profile-group.html

Failing builders:

First failed build is

Mark several color-profile-* layout tests as flaky.

The failure seems to occurs on Win10 only, but these tests already had entries and it was not possible to add a new Win10-specific entry.

My original change has been reverted and the flakes are persisting. Likely unrelated (something else sneaked in while the rebaseline bot is working). This also appears to be a dupe of  crbug.com/638942  - duping to that, as maybe fmalita has some ideas as to why this is happening.
