Issue description

"Upload (with patch)" is flaky.

This issue was created automatically by the chromium-try-flakes app. Please find the right owner to fix the respective test/step and assign this issue to them. If the step/test is infrastructure-related, please add Infra-Troopers label and change issue status to Untriaged. Looks like we're seeing some upload errors, not sure if they're related to the rollout. Could you cross reference these uploads with the server logs to see if something funny is happening?

Status: Fixed (was: Assigned)
There was a short time yesterday when the service was being updated and the appengine instance class was set to a lower level than needed, resulting in some failures. It's since been fixed.
