henryzhang86@gmail.com, can you provide a repro link?

I can record a video to show what happened but it is a little difficult for me to provide a link since it is part of a big project. I need to create a small project to reproduce it. Does the video sound good for you? But I used to file some bugs and talked with Chrome Engineer before and I do believe they know what my project is doing. Here is the previous bug https://bugs.chromium.org/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=528518 BTW, that bug can be fixed. It is obvious fixed in the latest release even I don't see any update.

> many people complain this issue with Chrome 52 on the forum https://productforums.google.com/forum/#!msg/chrome/P53p1VRwuw8/QxkU6XN_BAAJ That forum issue is unrelated to this crbug: the forum's issue is specific to Chrome for Android on NVidia Shield and the Chrome unified-media-pipeline. This crbug is reportedly for Mac and Windows, not the NVidia Shield. > Here is the previous bug https://bugs.chromium.org/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=528518 > BTW, that bug can be fixed. It is obvious fixed in the latest release even I don't see any update. I've updated that bug with a couple queries just now. Thanks for getting it back on our radar :) > I need to create a small project to reproduce it. That would be the best way for us to help you. For instance, with a minimal repro, we could locally reproduce the problem with instrumented Chromium builds to figure out in detail what the exact problem is.

henryzhang86@gmail.com, can you see our dev's response on #4? please provide a simple repro url so we can better investigate.

Thanks for popping this up. Sorry for late response. Currently, there is no repro url to reproduce it since I have to write a simple web server to streaming the video data. Again, it is not reproducible on all the machines. With the same Chrome version on the same Mac OS but different laptop, one can reproduce it but the other not. I will talk to my manager and find some time to get it done. Once it is done, I will post it here.

henryzhang86@gmail.com, I will resolve this bug as won't fix now since there is no action we can take. When you have consistently repro and repro url, please feel free to reactivate it. thanks |
