12%-54% regression in media.android.tough_video_cases at 412360:412417 |

Issue descriptionSeems the time to play metric temporarily went down (~300 revisions) and then bounced back to roughly the previous level - triggering this alert. Will bisect both the fall and rise. Hoping to find a change that was reverted. Reference graphs didn't move.

Bisect not reproducing the graph's results. "Bad" should be ~800 for the chosen revision. Followed a bug for "bad bisect". Standing by for results.
