Indexed db corruption rates climbing on macOS

Starting around July 20, 2016 the Indexed DB corruption rates have grown approximately 4x.

Beta/Dev channels are flat, but Stable channel is up.

Status: Fixed (was: Assigned)
Corruption rates on macOS did indeed increase 4x from July 1 to Aug 15 (the peak). After that they dropped precipitously and by 5 Oct were down to the July 1 rates. They continued to drop and as of 1 Oct were half that of the July 1st rates. They have been flat ever since.
