GPU process eats more and more RAM with hardware acceleration enabled

Reported by dil...@gmail.com, Aug 17 2016

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/52.0.2743.116 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Get Fedora Linux 24 KDE x64 version on Lenovo IdeaPad Z510 with both GPUs enabled (Intel + Nvidia GK208M [GeForce GT 740M]) and installed bumblebee-nvidia (with drivers).
2. Start Chrome with enabled hardware acceleration (tested both with "optirun -b primus" prefix and without). No matter with some additional chrome options or not - i made a checks for few variants.
3. Open up few sites in different tabs and live them for a while. After some time you will see in Task manager that GPU process had used many RAM. It starts to use ~150Mb and encrese this memory cunsumption up to 2Gb over night.

What is the expected behavior?

What went wrong?
Too much memory consumption by GPU process. Up to 2Gb over night. Grows ~250Mb/hour. If not stoped manually - memory leak and kill of some apps by system killer.
If hardware acceleration disabled there is no similar trouble, but as you can understand i have yet another behavior of my web content and web services like media in this situation.
Switching off Flash Player is not changing anything.
Tested with default settings + HA enabled and with my custom settings + HA enabled. Both situations have a bug with strong GPU memory usage growing at speed ~250Mb/h.

Did this work before? Yes on version 50 there was not trouble, but i can't be sure that nvidia driver was successfully instaled and worked

Chrome version: 52.0.2743.116 Channel: stable
OS Version: Fedora 24
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 22.0 r0
