Unwanted white traces are seen at the bottom R.H.S of video call window in hangouts extension

Issue descriptionChrome Version: 53.0.2785.70 (Official Build)96e2feaa628dc2acd70404bf970fbdf18ec1bc2b-refs/branch-heads/2785@{#635} 32/64-bit. OS: Windows(7,8,10) TEST URL:https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/google-hangouts/nckgahadagoaajjgafhacjanaoiihapd/related?hl=en What steps will reproduce the problem? (1)Launch chrome,navigate to the above URL and click on add to chrome. (2)Sign In with valid credentials,open a chat window and start a video call.(via clicking on camera icon) (3)Click on menu icon and select full screen option and observe. Actual:Unwanted white traces are seen at the bottom R.H.S of video call window. Expected:No such unwanted white traces should be seen at the bottom R.H.S of video call window. This is a Non-Regression issue seen from M-46(46.0.2458.0). Note:Above issue is not seen on Mac and Linux OS.

M-46 is relatively recent.. could you try reproducing in a somewhat older version, maybe 35? Adding Paint, in case it's related to that.
