Issue descriptionChrome Version: 54.0.2831.0 Revision 4bb92a6392a2f8bdc5c6c1319690800748870f1c-refs/heads/master@{#412405} OS: Windows(7,8,10),Linux(14.04 LTS), Mac (10.10.4, 10.11.5) What steps will reproduce the problem? (1) Launch chrome, navigate to chrome://history page. (2) Click on 'More options' of history and select 'Remove from History' option and observe. Actual: 'Remove from History' option does not work when there is one history present. Expected: 'Remove from History' option should work.
