Go Back With Backspace extension should support lowercase nodeName

Project Member Reported by pam@chromium.org, Aug 17 2016

Issue description

Reported by a user:

html element nodeName is not always uppercase

Consistent example where elements have lowercase nodeName is eu.battle.net, top right search field.

Comment 1 by pam@chromium.org, Aug 17 2016

Both nodeName and nodeType should be cast to a consistent case before comparison.
Test on search field of http://eu.battle.net/en/
