New "Android apps" section created for Get Help app. New "Chrome web apps" section, too.

Topic/answer content changes made externally to Get Help app via gKMS/Redwood.  Old "Managing Apps" changed to "Chrome web apps" and "Offline Apps" changed to Android apps.  Old "Offline" apps articles folded up into Chrome apps section to make way for new Android apps article.  New thumbnail added for first Android app article.  These changes are already live now. 

Internal to Get Help app: 

- new Android section header/intro image; 
- new left sidebar icons for Chrome and Android app sections; 
- default Android apps article thumbnail set to same image as first article in gKMS/Redwood; 
- topic code names and related CSS selectors updated to reflect new structure;
- outdated images removed. 


Also, new Get Help app icon(s) added to repo (green square with question mark) to replace older ones.
