Change context menu for "Save video" to "Save audio" for audio files on Android

Project Member Reported by k...@chromium.org, Aug 16 2016

Issue description

Version: 54
OS: Android

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Visit a page with a standalone player for an mp3, e.g. http://www.stephaniequinn.com/samples.htm
(2) Long press anywhere on the toolbar excluding the volume slider

What is the expected output?

A context menu saying "Save audio"

What do you see instead?

A context menu saying "Save video"

Bonus Points: I can't seem to trigger the context menu for embedded audio players. Should it work there too?

Min - any idea how difficult this would be?

I think this has been discussed before.

We shouldn't rely on mime type or extensions as they are unreliable.
So "save video" is always safe option. On desktop, right click the mp3 also shows "save video"

Interesting. But surely we can at least detect if there is a video component or not? For example, we don't show the full screen button if it's an audio element.

The reason I ask is that currently "save video" is incorrect for cases where you are trying to download an mp3 (/any audio file).
