Disable BattOr benchmarks on Mac on the main FYI waterfall

This is because there's still some flakiness with the Mac serial code that we don't want causing failures on the main waterfall. We'd like to still leave the tests running on the FYI waterfall to track progress in the serial fixes.

Marking this as WontFix. We decided to turn them on for the main waterfall and deal with the resultant flakiness (we don't expect there to be much.)
