Recipe roller stores state in google storage instead of a more appropriate place |

Issue descriptionGS is designed for storing large files that behave in filesystemey ways, it is not a database. For "reasons" recipe roller uses it as a database. A much better alternative would be to use a real database (probably google cloud datastore: https://cloud.google.com/datastore/docs/concepts/overview). Filing this now to keep track of this bit of technical debt.
