Google Slides Take a snapshot feature

Issue description

Chrome Version       : 52.0.2743.116 m (64-bit)
URLs (if applicable) :
Other browsers tested:
  Add OK or FAIL, along with the version, after other browsers where you
have tested this issue:
     Safari: FAIL
    Firefox: OK
         IE:v 

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Open Google Slides
(2) Select Insert Image
(3) Click Take a Snapshot

What is the expected result?

The ability to take a snapshot in Google Slides.

What happens instead?

Take a Snapshot feature is blocked due to Chrome blocking Adobe Flash Player 

Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.

Unable to repro this issue on Windows 7 for Google Chrome Stable Version - 52.0.2743.116

Screen-recording is attached.

@jeff.giliberto: Could you please re-test the same by enabling the "Adobe Flash" from [ chrome://plugins/ ] and let us know your observations.
